Gosh, today was slow. slow. slow.
granted, it was hot in the house today, but still. I am left concluding that I am essentially not fit enough to train aerobic on the route I have set. Which is pretty disappointing.
ideas for tomorrow: train early in the morning while it’s still cool and your heartrate is low the inactivity of sleep. I may just do a cycle of anaerobic training???
total elevation climbed was: 177 feet in 20 mins. (even slower.)
