don’t forget to mention how we had a software bug at the 15 minute mark that
caused us to get off the wall to reset the comm program. hence the dip in
heartrate at that time…
Total elevation climbed this morning: 309.7 feet in 20 mins.
AM squats: 3x10, 3 min rest between sets.
AM pull-ups: 3x5, 3 min rest between sets.
Checklist for Tomorrow:
- remember to breath deeply the entire session. It worked so well last time.
- pull on with the intention of zero foot slips. footwork matters.
- double check cat_shm. is everything looking good? heartrate, clock?
