Motivation and goals: I’ve never been consistant with stretching. I want to choose a stretching sequence this is so light and easy I have no excuse to skip it. Something I can do daily no matter what.
Once I have a daily stretching practice, I can tweak and modify to generate specific results, but without consistancy there will never be results. So consistancy must come first.
To this end, I’ve chosen a simple 5 stretch sequence for the lower body. this sequence should help me move towards an effective squat.
