So, I hacked up a new kind of workout. It’s based slightly on mimicing what happens to my heartrate when doing couch to 5k week one. I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
The new control program is called: anaerobic_tracker
There’s no schedule to follow. none of that. I just climb.
If I happen to get more fit, the workout gets ever so slightly harder.
If I’m sick and climbing like crap, the workout gets easier.
I’m so excited about it!
